The Keygen is inside the folder, it's named "Adobe All Products Keymaker 2009" . Just select Premiere Elements 7 from the drop down menu and generate a serial write it down or save it somewhere. Then click on the file named "Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0" that's the installer. Enter the serial when asked and you should be good to go. You can delete the original folder and all files when done.
