the upgrade feature is a matter of the game, not the crack. If check out play first forums, you would see that people that paid for the game are having the same issues. This cannot be fixed by any member of this forum.
The game works fine for some and others cannot upgrade but if you have a problem contact playfirst.com, this is not the fault of the crack team, this is either your computer or the game developers. when having issues with a game ALWAYS ASK THE SITE IT CAME FROM before accusing the crack team that made it, they cannot fix it as it is not made by them!
